Is There A Minimum Order?Yes. The minimum order is 2 dozen (24 cake pops) with one flavour and maximum of two different decorations. Specialty items are 12, excluding pretzels which is 24 minimum.

What Delivery Options Do You Offer?Pick-Up Option There is no charge for pick-up in Mississauga (exact location details will be provided). Delivery Option Delivery charges apply based on your location (customer to provide delivery address. Customer will be advised of charge before order confirmation).

How Much Lead Time Do You Require For Orders?Standard cake pops are 2 weeks. Custom cake pops and specialty items are 3 weeks. The more advanced notice provided, the better. Rush Order? We will try to accommodate rush orders, please contact us for availability.

Do You Have Cake Pop Stands For Rent?We provide cake pop stand rental services, which require an advance payment of a rental fee/security deposit. Our collection includes various stands, and we will select the most appropriate one for your cake pops. The renter is responsible for returning the cake pop stand(s) to Cake Pops by Tessa within one week following the event or celebration. The rental fee/security deposit will be forfeited if the stand(s) are damaged or not returned within the specified timeframe. We are not responsible for any damages incurred to the cake pop stand(s) before its return. Upon the timely return of the stand(s) in satisfactory condition, we will process a refund of the rental fee/security deposit to the renter less a $5 processing fee.

How Do I Store My Cake Pops?Cake Pops should be kept in a cool, dry area on your countertop. They are best served at room temperature and can be maintained at this temperature for about one week. If stored in the refrigerator, they will remain fresh for 2 to 3 weeks.

What Packaging Options Do You Offer?Option #1 (Free) - Cake pops are individually wrapped in clear treat bags with ribbon or twist ties. They are then placed in a white pastry baker box with clear window and surrounded by either shredded or tissue paper. Option #2 (Additional Charge) - Cake pops are individually placed in a clear mini plastic treat box with ribbon. ​ Option #3 (Additional Charge) - 12 cake pops are placed upright in a stand in a white box with clear window. The box has a handle for easy transport. Once you reach your destination, outer box can be removed to display cake pops.

How Long Is My Price Quotation Valid For?One month from the date of issue.

What Type of Deposit Do You Require?Orders are only guaranteed once payment is received. A verbal or digital communication (email, text, etc.) does not guarantee your order. Cake Pops Standard: 50% deposit is required at time of placing order. Remaining balance due 1 day prior to pick-up or delivery. Custom: Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. Speciality Items All speciality items: Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. Payments can be made earlier if you wish. Failure to complete payment will result in your order being cancelled and forfeiture of monies received by Cake Pops by Tessa.

What Type Of Payment Options Do You Offer?We accept Interac money transfers.

What Is Your Refund and Cancellation Policy?Life happens! Payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order, your deposit or full payment can be used towards future orders, within 3 months from your original payment date. If we must cancel your order (very unlikely), we will give you as much notice as possible, discuss the matter with you, and try to come up with a suitable alternative. If the alternative suggested is not satisfactory, then we will refund any payments made to us from you.
