Cake Pops by Tessa offers both standard and custom, made-to-order designs tailored to your event or celebration theme. Inspiration photos are welcome and will be used as a guide; however, each design is handcrafted and may vary slightly in detail, colour, or finish. Pricing varies depending on design complexity and detail.

Yes. The minimum order is 2 dozen (24 cake pops) per flavour, with up to two decorative variations per flavour. This ensures consistency in design and presentation across each order. Specialty items may have different minimums.

Standard cake pops require approximately 2 weeks’ notice. Custom and specialty designs typically require 4 weeks. Additional notice is always appreciated, especially during peak seasons. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability.

Pick-Up Complimentary pick-up is available in Mississauga. Exact location details will be provided upon booking. Delivery Delivery is available for an additional fee based on your location. The delivery charge will be confirmed before order approval.

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all orders, including cake pops, chocolate-covered treats, dessert party packages, and any additional items or services.Your order is confirmed, and your requested pickup or delivery date is reserved, only once full payment has been received.Please note that dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed without payment.

Cake Pops by Tessa accepts payment by Interac e-Transfer or credit card.Credit-card payments are processed securely through Square. Once your quotation has been approved, an invoice with payment instructions will be provided.Full payment is required to confirm your order and reserve your requested pickup or delivery date.

Quotations are valid until the date indicated on the quotation.If confirmation and full payment are not received by this date, the requested pickup or delivery date may become available to other customers.Submitting a quotation request does not guarantee availability or reserve a date.

Payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order, your payment may be applied toward a future order within 3 months of the original payment date.If circumstances change, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.

Option #1 (Included) - Cake pops are individually wrapped in clear treat bags with ribbon or twist ties and arranged in a white bakery box with a clear window for a polished, gift-ready presentation. Option #2 (Additional Charge) - Cake pops are individually placed in clear mini treat boxes and finished with coordinating ribbon for a polished presentation. ​ Option #3 (Additional Charge) - Twelve cake pops are displayed upright in a stand inside a white box with a clear window and handle. The outer box can be removed for display upon arrival.

Yes. Cake Pops by Tessa offers cake pop stand rentals for display at your event. Rental items require a security deposit and must be returned within the agreed timeframe. Rental terms and deposit details will be provided upon booking.

Custom display stands can be created to complement your event theme. These are made to order and are not rental items. Pricing varies depending on size, materials, and design. Custom display pieces are yours to keep.

Cake Pops should be kept in a cool, dry area at room temperature and are best enjoyed within 7 days when individually wrapped. If refrigeration is preferred, they may be stored for up to 14 days. For the best texture and flavour, allow them to return to room temperature before serving. Storage times may vary depending on environmental conditions.

Standard Cake Pops by Tessa products contain wheat, eggs, milk, and soy. Eggless and gluten-free options are available upon request. All items are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens may be present. While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free. If you have a specific allergy or dietary concern, please reach out before placing your order.
