Cake Pops by Tessa offers both standard and custom, made-to-order designs tailored to your event or celebration theme. Inspiration photos are welcome and will be used as a guide; however, each design is handcrafted and may vary slightly in detail, colour, or finish. Pricing varies depending on design complexity and detail.

Yes. The minimum order is 2 dozen (24 cake pops) per flavour, with up to two decorative variations per flavour. This ensures consistency in design and presentation across each order. Specialty items may have different minimums.

Standard cake pops require approximately 2 weeks’ notice. Custom and specialty designs typically require 4 weeks. Additional notice is always appreciated, especially during peak seasons. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability.

Pick-Up Complimentary pick-up is available in Mississauga. Exact location details will be provided upon booking. Delivery Delivery is available for an additional fee based on your location. The delivery charge will be confirmed before order approval.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Standard cake pop orders require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due one day before pick-up or delivery. Custom and specialty items require full payment at the time of booking.

Cake Pops by Tessa accepts Interac e-Transfers.

Quotations are valid for one month from the date issued. After this time, pricing may change due to ingredient and supply costs.

Payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, your deposit or full payment may be applied toward a future order within 3 months of the original payment date. If circumstances change, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.

Yes. Cake Pops by Tessa offers cake pop stand rentals for display at your event. Rental items require a security deposit and must be returned within the agreed timeframe. Rental terms and deposit details will be provided upon booking.

Custom display stands can be created to complement your event theme. These are made to order and are not rental items. Pricing varies depending on size, materials, and design. Custom display pieces are yours to keep.

Cake Pops should be kept in a cool, dry area at room temperature and are best enjoyed within 7 days when individually wrapped. If refrigeration is preferred, they may be stored for up to 14 days. For the best texture and flavour, allow them to return to room temperature before serving. Storage times may vary depending on environmental conditions.

Standard Cake Pops by Tessa products contain wheat, eggs, milk, and soy. Eggless and gluten-free options are available upon request. All items are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens may be present. While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free. If you have a specific allergy or dietary concern, please reach out before placing your order.
