Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Cake Pops by Tessa. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
 

Products and Services
Cake Pops by Tessa offers made-to-order cake pops, chocolate-covered treats, dessert party packages, and related products for a variety of occasions.

All edible products are prepared fresh to order. Custom designs and specialty options are available upon request.

Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed by phone, email, or through our website's Request a Quote form.

​

Full payment is required for all orders, including cake pops, chocolate-covered treats, dessert party packages, and any additional items or services.

Payment is accepted by Interac e-Transfer or credit card. Credit-card payments are processed securely through Square, and payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance of your quotation.

Orders are confirmed, and requested pickup or delivery dates are reserved, only once full payment has been received. All dates are subject to availability.

Cancellations and Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

​

If you need to cancel your order, your payment may be applied toward a future order within 3 months of the original payment date.

​

Please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change so we can discuss available options.

If Cake Pops by Tessa must cancel an order, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, any payments made will be refunded.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
We use common allergens including eggs, dairy, wheat, and nuts in our kitchen. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Please notify us of any allergies when ordering.
 

Delivery
Local delivery is available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the cake pops leave our possession.

Liability

After pick-up or delivery of items, we are not liable for damages caused by you or your designated person(s).

Intellectual Property
All cake pop designs are the intellectual property of Cake Pops by Tessa and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Cake Pops by Tessa's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
