Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Cake Pops by Tessa. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
 

Products and Services
Cake Pops by Tessa offers custom cake pops for various occasions. All cake pops are handmade to order.
 

Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed by phone, email, or in person. Payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery. We accept E-transfers.
 

Cancellations and Refunds
Payments are non-refundable.  If you need to cancel your order, your deposit or full payment can be used towards future orders, within 3 months from your original payment date.  If we must cancel your order (very unlikely), we will give you as much notice as possible, discuss the matter with you, and try to come up with a suitable alternative.  If the alternative suggested is not satisfactory, then we will refund any payments made to us from you.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
We use common allergens including eggs, dairy, wheat, and nuts in our kitchen. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Please notify us of any allergies when ordering.
 

Delivery
Local delivery is available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the cake pops leave our possession.

Liability

After pick-up or delivery of items, we are not liable for damages caused by you or your designated person(s).

Intellectual Property
All cake pop designs are the intellectual property of Cake Pops by Tessa and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Cake Pops by Tessa's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
