Products and Services
Cake Pops by Tessa offers custom cake pops for various occasions. All cake pops are handmade to order.
Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed by phone, email, or in person. Standard orders are confirmed and your event date is reserved upon receipt of the required deposit. Custom and specialty orders require full payment at the time of booking to reserve your event date. Orders placed within one week of the scheduled pickup or delivery date require full payment at the time of booking. Payment is accepted by e-transfer only.
Cancellations and Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order, your deposit or full payment may be applied toward a future order within 3 months of the original payment date. Please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change so we can discuss the available options.
If we must cancel your order (very unlikely), we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, any payments made will be refunded.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
We use common allergens including eggs, dairy, wheat, and nuts in our kitchen. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Please notify us of any allergies when ordering.
Delivery
Local delivery is available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the cake pops leave our possession.
Liability
After pick-up or delivery of items, we are not liable for damages caused by you or your designated person(s).
Intellectual Property
All cake pop designs are the intellectual property of Cake Pops by Tessa and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Cake Pops by Tessa's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
